TECH CONTENT is an independent NSASRC subsystem for research publication management. This is the authenticated editorial workspace, connected to the existing NSASRC Firebase project.

Active records are stored separately from public snapshots. The future TECH website reads tech_content_public and will never have access to unpublished drafts. Security rules must be merged with the existing NSASRC rules before allowing writes.
